to the Zoo, this was
going to be the offices of SeattleModern, but the bulldozer got to it first, now
it's a big square condo.
<I
love to design & draw little dream-cabin sketches, like these and others
scattered throughout the site, and more in the works, send me some of yours, I
also have clients looking for 1950's/60's house plans, and interior and
furniture photos and designs...
<On
the market, mid-October, for $125,000 !!!, built in 1959, 3 BR
2 bath, fireplace, listing agent calls it art "deco" (I say:
"wrong"), slate entryway, slate floor in hallways, private patio and
inner courtyard, dual sided fireplace, floor to ceiling windows, 2 car
carport, located in Bremerton, on appx. 7,400 sq. ft. lot!, (sold).

I photographed the above montage at a modern furniture art exhibit. The collectors who put together the exhibit used to shop at thrift stores and garage sales, now they've progressed to where they've been known to fly off to Europe to buy one chair. We can move beyond the hunt for just basic shelter, and elevate ourselves to experiencing the world as "art".
<Here at SeattleModern.com, our highly skilled operators, (imported from the 1950's), trained in the philosophies of modernism, are standing by to counsel you on any design, aesthetic, or real estate traumas or questions that are bothering you...Help is on the way...Seriously, if you are a buyer, why go straight to the listing agent (who is an agent of, and represents the seller's interests), when I am available to represent YOUR interests, at no extra charge...
ALL exterior images below and in all the following pages are of properties located WITHIN the Greater SEATTLE Area:

<On the market

Cool modernism as beautifully expressed in architecture is all around us, popping up in unexpected places, perhaps there is so much around, that it fades into the background in our minds, and yet, it is there: Here's 4 photos I took in July just walking just up the 3600 block of Stoneway Ave N., of all places, I saw amazing things I never noticed, but now I do:

<Here's
a cool ceramic fireplace in a recently sold groovy pad.

<This house
is huge, under $170,000, note the somewhat Mondrian-style
tall glass around the front door and the massive two story fireplace (in
Tukwila)...
<This

2,030 square feet and includes Olympic mountains view, secluded rear yard,
