PLEASE READ IN ORDER TO PROCEED TO NEW LISTINGS:  Recent developments have occurred to me with regards to this website and my relationship with the Northwest Multiple Listing Service: (one blanket organization where most all area real estate agencies belong in order to get properties "listed" for other agents in other offices to show and share in commissions). They have now put new restrictions on my use of this website in regards to posting or even mentioning other agents listings, therefore, In order to conform with these restrictions, new rules have to be conformed to. I cannot give out addresses ON this website, of course. I state herein that this site is NOT an "advertisement" of listings (agents are not allowed to mention OTHER agents listings in "advertisements"), I do not run "ads" here or in newspapers or other media claiming to have lots of listings for the general public to look at, and anyone proceeding agrees that this page and all the pages labeled "new" which follow are no longer defined as being for the "general public", but rather this is a private database for those wanting to be my "CLIENTS" only. Secondly, sometimes I can't always get specific permission from other agents to "advertise" their listings (even though it is undoubtedly a good service for the sellers and owners), and that in order for me to show you other agent's listings you are supposed to consider yourself as wanting to be a "client" of mine, as opposed to just a "customer",  in order to view these listings. Therefore please do not proceed to look at these listings in this "new" section unless you are NOT currently under  written buyer's agency contract to another agent, and unless you can agree that, at least for the time that you are here or contacting me to get a look inside some of these properties, that is, that both here while you look, and during that time period when I might be actually showing you something in person, by clicking on the "yes" below, you hereby desire me to be your your "agent" representing you. You agree to not look here otherwise or share this private information with anyone else who is not agreeing to be my "client". (whew!) If you agree to the above, then click on the "yes" below, otherwise you are restricted from viewing these "new listing" pages, they are private, call me and we can talk. In any case, the Multiple Listing Association restricts this site in terms of how much I say regarding addresses and other data. I will try to follow all of the new restrictions, because I don't want to do anything that would harm my excellent relationship with other agents and with the Multiple Listing Association.
